Ryan Bader signed with Bellator

He's probably going to have a better shot at a title in Bellator than he would've if he stayed in the UFC.

For only the 2nd time in company history, Bellator will attempt to sell a PPV.

The card will be at MSG on June 24, headlined by Chael Sonnen vs Wanderlei Silva. They plan to stack the card (Bellator 180) as much as they can with their top fighters.

Good Grief. Sonnen is past it, Wandy hasn't fought in 3 years, who else are the going to have? Mitrione, Shields, Davis? Not great, not great at all.

They pretty much need to throw in every name they have, Fedor, rory macdonald, benson henderson, Bader who they signed today (probably for a Bellator belt), etc.

If they do that and they make the price reasonable like $30-40, then eh, maybe.

I honestly thought he retired at the right time. The game was passing him by and he got out. I'd hate to see him come back and get embarrassed. He can't hang with some of these kids. Having said that though 170 is not as strong a division as it used to be so who knows.
