Is an invite to the Big 12 in the cards for the Gorilla's?

Might as well . . . . . I mean, they DID invite the Horned Frogs.

Yeah, having 1/2 of your conference home games against teams that are perennial Top 15 squads is just so awful.

Come on, man.

So 2 games against top teams. Or what you had in the Big 12. Kinda throws a bucket of cold water on the schedule "Upgrade!" comments.

It's looking very probable that in your first 4 years of SEC play, you'll have a lower SoS than Kansas had. Steppin up

Except that the slate also includes a game at Georgia, another top 15 team on average, every single year.

And has a conference championship game waiting at the end if you get there.

And has 4 very good cross-division opponents that, a little over half the time, are going to be on your schedule.

Hell invite North Dakota State & Pitt State...both would be upgrades over KU.

Well, when you win games your strength of schedule will go down. When you lose all of your games your strength of schedule will be higher. I'll let you figure out which team loses pretty much all of their games.

So now the SEC-E has three "perennial" top-15 teams? Bullshit to that dude.

Let's get back to the point about Mizzou fans saying they were stepping up to the big leagues. We can now prove, objectively and with data, that's total nonsense. WVU who serves as a proxy for what your schedule would be has this:

Kansas-KSU-Oklahoma-Baylor-TCU as their home slate and a non-con vs Maryland. (This is just their home schedule and doesn't include the Alabama game). There's no way that is less appealing in any way than the pig slop you bring in next year.

Excellent job.

The SEC-W has won the SEC 5 years in a row.

The SEC East is shit. Big 12 North comes to mind.

They are also 4-1 in the National Championship game in that time. So is the SEC-E shit, or just not as good as the SEC-W, but better than most others?

Great post.

I mean, in what is universally accepted as a DOWN year for the division, the SEC East finished the year ranked 4th by almost all, notably Jeff Sagarin, at the end of the 2013 season.

4th. Behind only the SEC West, the Pac-12 North, and the Pac-12 South. Ahead of the Big 12 and ahead of any division in the ACC or B1G.

I've said it before, I'll say it again: Your troll game needs serious work. Incorporate at least a few facts... and try to avoid making bullshit statements so easily dismissed and laughed away.
