It would have been nice to see if Mauk passed any better but......

My thoughts on the game against a really bad opponent:
1. Matt White is terrible. He reminds me of a smaller, less physical and less talented Justin Garrett. Please let Duron Singleton figure out how to play at this level quickly.
2. Not a Franklin fan but he looked much more like the 2011 version and not the 2012 version. IMHO, his TD pass to Washington was amazing as he looked him off then threw a bullet for the score.
3. Henry Josey appears to be close to his old self. Remarkable comeback for a guy who some said he'd never see the field again.
4. Our shitty OL seems to be a little less shitty than last year, thought I attribute that mostly to the level of competition.
5. As a Marine, I liked Steckel's camo cast. That's a douchey thing to say, I know, but I thought it was funny.
6. We appear to be deep at wide receiver. Not many drops that I remember, and it's nice to see DGB do something other than bubble screens and jet sweeps.
7. After the first two series, the DL controlled the LOS. Kony Ealy could be a high round draft pick. Again, the level of competition was terrible so I'm going to withold judgement.
8. EJ Gaines is solid. After that, I don't see any corner who is SEC caliber.
9. I see 7 wins as the ceiling for this team. More likely 5 (after watching Vandy-Ol Miss game).
