I'm late to this party, but I'm amazed that we might actually have a group consensus to ban someone who hasn't technically broken any rules. Usually people are pretty tolerant, so it says a lot that BlackBob has annoyed people enough to warrant this.

It's probably been said in the thread, but he's never had "mults" per se - he just comes back after we ban him. Sometimes we notice and kill it early, and sometimes he sticks around long enough that we let him stay for a bit.

As for why we haven't just called him an official "permaban" and not let him back at all, it's mostly because even the original ban was just because he was obnoxious. We made an exception because we were all universally annoyed by him, but it's tough to justify that long-term when the poster isn't really doing anything "against the rules."

Sorry for the rant. TL;DR - **** him.

His accounts have been banned multiple times. I'm not a mod and don't care what he did to get banned those times...but he did get banned for more than just making mults. He made the mults to get around the bannings.
