Tragedy struck yesterday. I started cavorting around the town and finding sweet loot. The. I fell off the top off the roof of the school. Luckily I spawned back in the same town, but I couldn't find my body. It's all good though. I found 3 handguns, a double barreled rifle, and other goodies.

I can play today. Called out of work.

That was terrible. We were in the school, and some guy comes up all friendly like. He wanted to trade some of my ammo for a scope, and he needed some food because he was near death. So Buck said I should act like I am trading with him, then Buck just Smoked the guy! I feel dirty.

Just remember, when you shoot the guy, you run the chance of damaging or ruining the scope.

The guy wanted to trade Beauford his only scope for some Mosin Ammo (why would you do this?). Then without warning he let off a shot.

So that's when I decided to kill him.

Yeah killing him was the right thing to do. It was just my first time doing so, and it was just over so suddenly.

This is where I am right now. My friend has a PS4 and I would love to be able to play with him, but a gaming rig has so many more possibilities... plus I badly want to play DayZ.

Graphics cards seem down at the moment. An R9 270 is back to about 189$

Dayz is also coming to console, but the console version obviously won't be as good as pc.

Not sure what to do other than wait until e3 is over.

It will be console in 2016 :/

Yes there where plenty of LMG's and sniper rifles of all kinds.

Speculation was that it was LMG but they have come out and said its the .338 Barret MRAD which is a bolt action rifle with a ton of different capabilities.

The one shown is fully kitted out, when you find one it will be basically naked and accept 10 round magazines~

New experimental patch now has loot in every building. Not sure if loot is respawning or not.

The military tent cities across from Balota AF and at the end of NW AF used to spawn masses amount of loot, mostly military attachments and gear rather than guns. Where there is a tent city, you will encounter other survivors~

Oh yeah. I thought he meant the persistent tents to store your gear in. You know...one you would hide somewhere on the map.

Hey this game is pretty fun. You can even run up hills.

It looks and runs amazing too. Not dropping below 60 FPS.

Intense night.

First time playing Breaking Point, I hooked up with a random guy in the game and some kid tried to hunt us, but ultimately I chased him down and found him hiding in a house and ended him with a close range headshot with my pistol.

Then I hopped onto DayZ and ran into a random in the middle of a forest in the middle of nowhere, killed him in a firefight, and now I have a pristine long range scope for whoever wants it.

Ok I sorta lied. There was no firefight. He never saw me. I hit him with a single headshot after he ran about 50m past me. Then I put 2 more in his body when I was close enough to make sure he was dead. I didn't think about the fact that I would ruin all his shit. Everything except the scope was ruined. Oh, except for his worn black fireaxe, which is now mine.

For the future, if you need to make sure someone is down, one, you can check pulse in experimental, but two, make sure you put the second round in the dome, since it wont ruin anything but headgear there.

I was just so excited. But yeah. Seeing him run straight away from me and then flopping to the ground after I pulled the trigger was pretty satisfying. I just didn't know of he had gone prone or if I got him.

Crazy day today. We must have blasted about 8 people. Buck was killed, but we killed that guy in a tense shootout.

Wtf, what happened?

I was running back to my body. This guy in the town before Berezino tried to kill me and I told him he sucked that he couldn't kill a new-spawn.

I was about 30 seconds from getting back to my body when it despawned, so I met with Falx in a shed and he gave me food and drink to get me going and then outta nowhere he was shot. He went unconscious, but I couldn't pick up his epi-pens for some reason and couldn't revive him. I took his gun and did a lookout until he revived on his own. He did, and I gave his gun back, then next thing I know I was shot dead by a Mosin, and then he was seconds later.

Might have been the guy trying to kill me in the previous town.

Damnit. I feel bad I wasn't there, we have company here. Oh well, we did kill a lot of people. Look forwRd to doing it again!

Yep. One of the best parts of DayZ is gearing up anyways.

Made my way to Cherno today. Picked up a shotgun and a 1911 handgun so I'm feeling a little better about my ability to defend myself. I also found a compass. I cannot tell you how much easier it is to get around the map when you have a compass.

Having multiple monitors is a big help as I can pull up a map and get an idea of where I need to go.
