There are two types of people in this thread.

1) people who remember how good he was

2) people who have seen the graph of running backs who tore their achilles and then tried to come back

Do you honestly think Veach is finished addressing the RB position this offseason because he signed CEH for a bag of kicking tees? CEH is nothing but a cheap, BREAK GLASS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY depth signing who already knows the system in case Pacheco and Dobbins (or draft pick, or different F/A pickup) get hurt.
