They ignored Talib's offsides..which would have forced a rekick. #4 Ignored an obvious PI call on another 3rd down play deep in Denver territory.

Denver was not flagged in the 2nd half.

Carolina seemed to be consistently pissed at the officiating...Denver never had to break a sweat.

Its almost like the refs were controlling the game, but I know that couldn't have been the case because everything is so legit in the NFL... :rolleyes:
