Peyton is a complete bad ass to have made it this far and pretty courageous to come back from such a severe neck injury and so many surgeries. I like Peyton. I hate that Elway got him.

The dude is a drop away from 40 years old. What more can you ask?

To love something that much. I won't dislike him so much after he's not a Donkey, but the guy really is a throwback.

Amen, brother. This is...sad. I'll downplay it for now. After he's done, I'll admire the hell out of him for being the gladiator that he is.

It;s a 100 million dollar skillset, there has to be other men on the planet earth that can do it. What is so rare about it?

His strong chin.

Cant wait to see that bastard again, later this year in his house... it will be even sweeter than a home win would've been.

You seem very confident in that. I think people with a high level of confidence might be dwindling...

We had the Arrowhead game won, only a sudden onset of "the dumbass" saved dinver that night... Manning is toast and we'll prove it in their house, its their fans turn to do the walk of shame out to the parking lot and take a miserable ride home.

Its going to happen, the only constant in this life is change, their time draws nigh...

Unfortunately the architect of that will be sitting near the front of the plane on the ride to Denver. I don't think the thin air is going to change his DNA and genes.

I hope you're right, I really do, but when you watched a DB get burned for so many plays and never made an adjustment, I'm not sure there's a lot you can do to fix that kind of thinking.

He shouldn't be in the picture then, but it doesn't fix dumb.

The lack of adjustment was deeply troubling, but when Smith gets back it'll be him, Peters and Gaines... Jamell wont be covering a guy 2 spots above him.

Sutton cant **** it up with those three.

It's Sutton, I fear he can. Again, after watching what they allowed Denver to do in Arrowhead, it's difficult to think Andy is going to start grinding-up Focus Factor pills, mixing them into Smart Water and drinking it.

And the way he's been in the typical "lay low and wait for the storm to pass" mode, it's difficult to think he's done anything to fix the larger problem of dumb coaching.

So, it was only the 5th turnover that did that... not the others. Nothing for 7 on 3rd down conversions... a few of those might have helped. Chiefs were 3 for 13 in week 1, fairly low and overall 3 for 20 on 3rd down this year. That has to improve, worst in the league. http://espn.go.com/nfl/statistics/te...irdDownConvPct

Allie Smith is apparently allergic to 3rd down conversions.

Just don't let Eric Winston hear you calling Manning a gladiator.

Winston will shit his dress...
