You just do.

YOU DON'T PITCH RYAN ****ING VOGELSONG

He has a rested Bumgarner going in Game 5. It's going to be a bullpen game, dumbass.

But yeah, they're the same.

How many Royals games did you watch this year?

Please tell me.

You are the all knowing Hamas Jenkins who comes into Royals threads and tells us about the team that he hasn't spent an entire year watching ...

As "know it all" as I am, you are just as bad, and even more so considering I actually watched about 120 Royals games, in full, this season.

I know this team without looking shit up at fangraphs...mr. genius.

Cool. Super hope so.

Seeing Vogelsong for 3 innings means we have a lead, which means once we get to the 6th inning

...

GAME

OVER

3-1

In fairness, Madbum's legend is about his post season. He has been legend when it matters.

Since the playoff expansion in 1995, pitchers have made 99 starts on short rest in the postseason, according to STATS LLC. Their combined ERA is 4.71. Their combined team record is 38-61. And keep in mind, those numbers were produced by top starting pitchers. Teams don’t turn to marginal starters on short rest in the biggest games of the year.

Hootie 10-25-2014 11:53 AM

I love how I'm a dumbass because I've watched more baseball this year than anyone on this board, and it's probably not even close.

Cool.

Ok.

because 2001 when the Diamondbacks were lead to the World Series by two ****ing guys who happened to be their best two players they, you know, pitched them and said "good luck."

instead of worrying about FULL REST in the WORLD ****ING SERIES

that's like the equivalent of Ned Yost saying, "well H D H have pitched a lot lately so we're going to give them a rest day, you know, because we have to save them for ... oh wait, IT'S THE WORLD ****ING SERIES."

I'd be irate as a Giants fan.

I've watched enough Royals games to know that you're a hysterical idiot.

The difference is that I'm actually capable of looking at information to support my opinion rather than stupidly stating that Madison Bumgarner is Curt Schilling when he's never been in the same ****ing galaxy.

I don't claim to know it all; I know how to find information out so as to not look like a complete ****ing idiot.

And I know far more about the giants, but it's cute how you want to keep talking about them.

Hootie 10-25-2014 11:54 AM

well

when Vogelsong gets roughed up within the first 4 innings and the Royals are leading

...

say 4-1

and the game is effectively over

I guess I'll be an adult and not say, "told ya."

Halfcan 10-25-2014 11:55 AM

I hope we jump on them early. Be patient at the plate-make their pitcher work hard for every out.

We need this win tonight!!

You were super excited to tell me in July how wrong I was about the Shields deal and how we would see Myers and Odorizzi in the 2015 AS game

You drop a ton of duds for watching all the baseball you claim you watch

Hootie 10-25-2014 12:02 PM

you're a ****ing moron, PB

what kind of moron CONCLUDES THE ROYALS HAVE NO SHOT AT THE POSTSEASON but doesn't want to trade Shields at the trade deadline to get ROI for trading Wil Myers?

Please, explain.

I eagerly await.
