Yep, brown to white sugar ratio and melted to softened butter ratio are very important in the final product.

We're about to get an ice/snow storm, and I just talked to my wife on the phone about going to the store. She must have read my mind because she said, "I'm going to pick up the stuff for the brown butter and sea salt chocolate chip cookies."

I think she's down to like 12 now. She's been going nuts on diet (vegan) and gym lately.

End this mother****ing thread. I have yet to taste a better cookie than Otis Spunkmeyer circa high school. Blue Chip cookies taste like ass compared to Otis Spunkmeyer (maybe I'm just not a fan of the crumbly and too sweet style of Blue Chip).
