Praying that Zimmer can stay healthy. From everything I have read he can be a force in the majors and the only thing stopping him is his health.

Miguel Almonte had another promising start in Omaha tonight. Went 5 innings again, allowed 0 H/4 BB and no runs while striking out 5.
Cumulative stats at Omaha: 15 IP 16 K 6 BB 4 HA 1.80 ERA 0.67 WHIP 0.089 BAA Needs to throw more strikes, but that's an impressive debut in his first three starts at a new level. |
Trevor Bauer gets so worked up on Twitter LMAO
Worse than Duffy ever did before he quit Twitter. It's funny that a professional athlete gets so salty at opposing-team fan twitter members. Here's his Twitter, click on tweets and replies to see the bulk: https://twitter.com/BauerOutage |
Dude is WORKED UP.

If you're a professional athlete (especially baseball) and have to justify your salary to random people on Twitter you may be doing something wrong, imo. Just put the phone down, buddy.
This is similar to the type of shit Duffy used to pull. Not the insulting people part, but the getting worked up over people doubting/tweeting at him. He wisely deleted his Twitter a few years ago. |
What magic created this updated repo thread without any effort from me?
:Thanks the mod elves: |
Holy shit man, this Trevor Bauer is such a clown. What is he doing, he has like at least 5-10 totally immature replies. You have to be better than that as a professional. BauerOutage...what a fkn tool.
Honestly, I have no idea what Francona was doing. Bauer was already at 105 pitches, in a tie game, still pitching. Right before the Hosmer AB I was telling my buddy what on Earth are they doing, take him out. I guess if htey have a god awful pen I can see, but relievers are more effective almost always than a SP at 100 pitches. Only time I'm leaving a SP in at 100 pitches is if it's a 2+ run game either way, or it's my 1 or 2 man. |
