Miz and R-truth as a team just feels right

Best segment of August 2011, including stuff that Punk has been in this month. That was a heel promo masterclass.

No doubt that was a good line, but his delivery seems a bit off. As was suggested earlier, he may be held to a tighter script or something tonight (which would make sense considering last week's Raw was supposedly really hectic and from-the-hip).

And I'm a fan of the Truth/Miz pairing. Have them feud with Bourne & Kingston before bringing in KOW eventually?

This crowd owns. Throwing Cena's shirt back to him multiple times.

The "Let's Go Oilers" chant is ****ing awful. Cheer that during the divas match? Sure. Fine. But during a match between Punk and Cena, the hottest angle in wrestling in years? Total crowd fail.

That was genuinely amazing.

BTW -- what's with the announce booth right now? King, ostensibly a face announcer, doesn't like Punk? And Cole kinda sorta sounded like he was defending Punk?

So far, this match is like watching paint dry. I know, I know. We're just waiting around to see who interferes.

Ehhhhhhhnnn. Kind of by the book but so much less awful than I expected.

I think it's a helluva match, but there's only so many new things you can do after 2 straight great and PPV main events (and what I would imagine is numerous more house show matches). I still enjoy watching Punk vs. Cena, but there's only so much they can do that they haven't already...
