What I'm saying is that it's easy to focus on the takes of a couple situations and ignore the rest when you want to throw stones at a guy that posts a lot.

Perfect example is bringing up 2-3 year old posts of mine about Stanzi.

Shit, throw Studebaker in that conversation as well as I thought he had a nice ceiling after his proday.

Fact is, Clay has been right a whole lot more than he has been wrong the last couple years and it drives guys like you crazy.

It's funny to watch.

It's hilarious when people just prove my point for me, I know a 100% I could find many posts from last season with you crowing about "put Ricky in" without even bothering to look. "2-3 years ago", another lie for everyone to see.

Also nice dodge on my question, answer it? Wait I already know the answer is an emphatic "yes! at least that good".

Stop talking about me bringing up the past, GC is shitting his pants about Smith in THIS VERY THREAD, and I know I could find something about DMC probably from this week, but guarantee I could find one in the last month. Because he, much like you, is locked on and delusional and he "just knows".

You are a proven liar already, but I'll prove it again, you have not talked with Clay for "10+" years, you came with Stanzi and good lord, I along with countless others, hope that you leave with him.

Send Dane some more FB friend requests already.

I have not once pointed out GC for being "wrong", I don't want him to flip flop, he has been cornered and proven wrong clearly on his argument points in this very thread, he very well may be right about DMC and SS, I just want him to say "I hate him and think he will suck, but he might not". Just like you, still to this day, have been clearly proven wrong about Stanzi, but you still will not admit that he does not have the ability to ever be anything in the NFL, which is why you dodged my question in the first place.

Unjustified certainty?

Look, I don't rely on anyone elses opinion on anything and create my own opinion from data I've collected myself and I rarely change my mind. I almost always stick to my guns in a debate because I truly believe I have factored all the info into my conclusion.

If I'm proven wrong, I've had no problem admitting as much over the years...but I don't do so prematurely.

We will not be getting any kind of comp picks next year because of all the FAs we signed this year.

If we get a comp for letting Albert walk after this year, it wouldn't come till the 2015 draft...and that's if we don't sign a lot of "qualifying free agents" next off season.

FTR that would be a lot smarter to do that to just trade him for a mid-late second rounder this year.

We could. The options aren't as slim as you'd think.

Absolutely not. The season goes well enough you can get him signed or you let him go.

You have two options: A) Albert at LT and Rookie RT to be named for one year

or

B) Albert traded for a 2nd, his replacement drafted at 1.1 (with RT still a huge concern and the unknown of any rook coming in, at LT of all places, with a QB who takes a ton of sacks.)

Clay decided to become 100% contrarian. We've sucked shit, so he looks right more often than not. It doesn't mean that his specific takes have any particular merit, though.

I did a long time ago, and I think Stephen Hawking could of put up pretty impressive numbers against most of those defenses.

This is coming from someone who wants Geno.

Why do you want the Chiefs to draft Geno if his statistics are bogus and "Stephen Hawking could of put up pretty impressive numbers against most of those defenses"?

I thought about that, too.

They have zero money in the coffers. None. They wouldn't be able to afford him.

Maybe it's time to start entertaining the possibility that you're just not very good at analyzing the data you collect yourself.

His demands are more than Jake Long netted allegedly. If he would have agreed to that amount, he'd be a Chief.

I just don't see why you don't just cut bait now and take the pick if the plan is to play him this year but let him go next.

His value isn't going to be higher than what it was off last year.

Branden Albert to visit Dolphins

Updated: April 18, 2013, 11:27 AM ET

The Kansas City Chiefs have given the Miami Dolphins permission to talk to left tackle Branden Albert to help facilitate a trade for a second-round choice, a source said.

Albert, who lives in Miami, is expected to visit the Dolphins' facility in the next couple of days for a physical. His agent, Ron Slaven, has received permission by the Chiefs to talk contract with the Dolphins, but no other team.

Even though he signed his franchise tender, worth $9.82 million for 2013, Albert has skipped the Chiefs' voluntary offseason program. Albert has said he wants a long-term deal, and then took to Twitter to express his disapproval with the notion he might move to the right side.

"I want that long-term commitment," Albert told The NFL Network earlier this month. "But as you know in football, you don't have too much control of the situation. I want to play for the Chiefs, but I want that commitment long term."

If the Dolphins can work out something with Albert, they would give up one of their two second-round picks to make the trade.

the only reason I ever posted for Stanzi to play last year was because Cassel and Quinn were both TERRIBLE...whoever the third guy was should have been given a chance. It's sad you can't understand that.

If my sister was the third string qb last year, she should have played after Quinn was that bad. Understand that?

I came with Stanzi?

I came to this site in 2008 and posted the 5-6 years before that on another site that Clay was on as well and we interacted quite a bit there.

Again, you make more ignorant comments that show what a fool you are.

If your dumb ass was paying attention, you would have seen Dane admitted that I never sent him a FB friend request, so if you don't understand what went on keep your mouth STFU.

Yeah he's gone soon.

Looking at what has happened lately with teams picking up QB's, unless Philly drafts Geno he proabably isnt going top 10 and then its a long fall from there.

Bullshit. He'll fall to 8 and the Bills will jump at the chance to take him.
