Guess I must really look old. Just had two different woman hold the door open for me going in and out of the UPS store.

Getting dressed takes me 20 minutes since everything aches and I have horrible flexibility. Add in the extra weight and simple things you take for granted become a struggle.

Feel like I have aged 20 years in the past 3. :(

I can relate to that! I feel like I got 20.years younger though losing 40 lbs and hitting the treadmill every morning.
