No they're going to say Triple H avenged his family and is a hero.

dirk digler 04-05-2009 08:56 PM

Well most of the matches were good especially Undertaker\Michaels. That was one of the best matches I have ever watched.

For a guy that idolized Flair growing up, Triple H isn't Flair, he's Hogan.

The whole show was better than I expected it to be with the exception of the last half hour. That really deflates the whole for me, though.

Imagine how we'd be talking about that PPV right now if Taker had pinned Michaels 5 minutes ago instead of that bullshit.

I still think they go 6-man for Backlash and then title at Summerslam, but I don't see how they can get the title on Orton now.

And Punk won't be cashing in for months I would say (which is fine). They're not going to put him over HHH or Cena, unless the plan is to have him cash in, lose and then get buried.

Guys like Taker and H don't lose because they have pull and basically refuse to lose.

I don't know where they go with most of these programs, which is I think part of the problem at building all these feuds so late.

What do you do with Jericho now?
What do you do with Misterio and the IC title?
What do you do with Shawn and 'taker?
Cena/Edge/Show?

You'd think Legacy versus the McMahons has to keep going, but HHH has basically kicked his ass over and over in any one-on-one situation, and Legacy usually has trouble 3 on 1.

I read a thing about that saying Vince still views Christian the same way he did before he left as not a top guy...then it said he was lucky to even get in the money in the bank because being on ECW they had to push for him to get in.

I don't know how they could see Punk as being any higher on the pecking order (and I'm a punk fan...).

Although if they book him stronger this year, maybe they can make him more than a lightweight who gets his ass kicked for 5 minutes and then wins late.

Jericho-He keeps up his acts until one legend can shut him up. (Who knows who that could be...)

Mysterio-He's IC champ. Anything can happen.

Shawn/Taker-I think they are both done. There is nothing more that needs to happen. They both go their own separate ways now.

Cena/Edge/Show-I can see this whole thing continuing without Big Show. Then Big Show eventually joins in to face Cena for the title during the Summer.

HHH/Orton/Legacy/McMahons-Not sure who turns on who or what happens. But I think it will end at Judgement Day in a Hell in the Cell match. We can only hope that Orton will win in that.

That's my prediction.

Ultra Peanut 04-05-2009 09:13 PM

Cena and Edge (both of whom I like) feel like they've been feuding for years (which they have). They need to have somebody else challenge Cena now, and Big Show and Edge need to finish their own feud.

I have no idea where that one's going. I'm still stuck on being really disappointed about Hun-tor winning tonight.

That feud could have been so much more, if they didn't keep cutting Orton's feet out from under him every two weeks. He should be the company's main heel now, but they've ****ed that all up (and not just because of tonight's match).

Look at them...and Orton is a 2nd generation guy who they also have hardons for.

Orton is quite a bit more muscular but they both have a slim build.

Just going by the stats at WWE Cena is 6-1 240. Of course most of that is pure muscle.

Christian has the personality to be a top guy plus he is a very good wrestler.

See that was my point. HHH wins tonight to get all the glory and then loses tomorrow at Raw. You could see it coming because all they talked about was the DQ.

Don't see it happening that quick. Probably something more like Orton contends HHH cheated, gets rematch at Backlash and beats him there.

The most amusing part of the night was the WWE cares so little about Tag Teams now, they got bumped to a Dark Match so Kid Rock had time.

Mecca 04-05-2009 09:32 PM

Being a long time WWE fan...HHH is not good as a face. Second off, since when was it considered "sickening" that someone would attack the McMahons. I remember how everyone would cheer when that would happen. I admit that I don't follow wrestling as much, but that's messed up lol.

I met Orton and he is six foot at best. I'm about 6'6 and I completely towered over him. The WWE exaggerates their size big time.

Mecca 04-05-2009 10:35 PM

Ok I'm guessing he's over 6ft tall if he wasn't Mysterio would be like 4'10.
