Smith did win us one playoff game.. granted, it was against a Texans team that had no business being in the playoffs, but still that was a big talking point. Or maybe in hindsight people realized that the playoff win drought didn't actually mean shit because no one gives a **** about a first round victory.

But not because of Blake Bortles. They've gotta be smarter than that.

Blake still has more upside

It's almost as if you've never watched an NFL game before

Buttfumble took the Jets to the AFC championship game once too. I guess that he should still be a Jet?

No, you want the Chiefs D to make him bloody and impotent twice a year.

That is the correct answer.:)

So much wasted talent and opportunities this year.

Our defense looked great out there allowing Derrick Henry to run for 7x the yards and 3x the yards per carry than what New England gave up.

Genius take here.

Doesn’t he have more playoff wins than Alex?

Market shrunk a lot this weekend.

Case Keenum and Bortles will both get a shot next year, 2 less places for Alex Smith.

Alex Smith couldn't guide the O to score 1 ****ing pt the 2nd half.

You cant go entire halves of football without scoring a single pt and expect to win in the postseason.

Take your ball and go home. Smith and Reid are the 2 common denominators as to why the Chiefs will never win shit.

Our defense gave up so many points it would have been good enough for a win eight times over in the postseason the last two weeks.

Shut the **** up.

Stop derailing the Alex Smith impending trade celebration thread with your negative, incoherent takes on the Chiefs defense. Its OUR time. Go get your shinebox.

Yes bortles as more upside than a 13 year broke dick veteran.

Stats don’t lie. Either do the results.

NE will destroy the Jags and they will be asking for a stable QB... Smith

Yet people are worried about Patrick Mahomes II throwing a bunch of interceptions
