Ray Lewis is showing up available for the whole season, and I don't think that was the case. It may be an NFL thing where the Ravens kept showing him as active.

In a minor note, Colts DT Josh Chapman shows up for a couple of games midseason, and he was on IR all season.

Maurice Jones-Drew shows up available again in Week 10 and I think he was out all year after his injury early in the season.

Jovan Belcher lost his starting job after Week 12. Obviously a special case.

My suspicion is that Kyle Williams the Bills DT has the availability of Kyle Williams the 49ers WR. The Bills DT shows up for all 16 games according to PFR.

There were no transactions involving Ray Lewis and he only showed up on one injury report as probable. Seems like some kind of rules violation. Ravens get the asterisk.

Chapman was a non-football injury and he was activate from Reserve on Novemeber 11, then went back on IR a couple weeks later. It could be that he never played, but he was at least eligible a couple of games.

Jones-Drew is another guy that didn't appear on injury reports for several weeks, but those weeks he may have been deactivated. Hmm. May need a code fix eventually, since I didn't use the activated-deactivated stuff. Players are deactivated for a lot of reasons.

any way I could get position changes for Dont'a Hightower and Vontaze Burfict? they're listed at SLB and WLB but both played MLB (which is where they'll play in my 3-4)

They're both listed in the current depth charts as OLBs.

I'm not sure we would want to get into position changes in ambiguous situations. If there's a blatant error, e.g., Peyton Manning as a running back, we'll change it.

In the 3-4 I wouldn't worry a whole lot about it if they're good players. There'll be a little degradation to move an OLB inside, but it's not deadly.

I'm pretty sure their listed positions are correct for what they played in 2012. You're not going to be subjected to a huge penalty by playing them inside though.

What about Ted Larsen played both center and guard. Listed as a center any problem playing him as a guard?

Player availability is already a giant rathole. I hate it with the intensity of 1000 suns. The official and non-official records are crap and there are so many place where it can go wrong.

Shouldn't be a huge issue. You'll always have some degradation when playing a guy out of position, but center and guard are pretty similar positions, so the degradation should be relatively small compared to other types of position changes.
