how do you guage interest in a trade for a pick you dont even have yet?

And Im sorry but no one inside arrowhead knows whats going on with Pioli except the Hunts and they may not even know yet. If he got the extension and they were 100% sure they were going to honor it, they would not have squashed the rumor when it started.

They would have validated it to shut us up.

It would make zero sense from a business perspective.

Why sign a guy to a 5-year deal if you're going to extend him before year four with no proof he's getting the job done?

You'd have to be dumb as **** to give Pioli an extension when he's strokin' off Matty Cassel constantly.

What does football jesus have to do with anything?

Sorry but I'm calling bullshit on this. Already trying to trade the pick?

And in the fourth year of your tenure, you go 1-15 and are allowed to keep the job, said team doesn't deserve fans so I don't really feel bad about it

Taking suggestions on a victory banner. In case we get to fly one... I would like to have something in the pocket.

One that was suggested that I really liked was:

Not really sure how they could be looking into this already. That being said, even just reading these words, true or not, is sickening.

For argument sake, this scenario is an absolute joke. To be failing so much and being ready to trade out and avoid a QB in November would be one of the stupidest moves in sports history. I am not sure that is really being dramatic at all.

I just don't see how this could be true. As bad as Pioli is, to be ready to trade your #1 pick 2 months before you are even officially that #1 pick is crazy.

"He's not going to be a bust, " ESPN analyst Mel Kiper Jr. said. "He's going to give you everything he has. He's got great character. He's got versatility. He can cover. He can rush the passer. Aaron Curry would probably fall into that category as the safest guy. Maybe not a boom, but certainly not a bust."
