Pioli Doc updated with following info.

Quote:

1. Chiefs record under Scott Pioli: 22-38 (includes playoff loss).

This is the worst record for a GM in Chiefs history.
Jim Schaaf: .387 (1976-1988)
Scott Pioli: .366 (2009-2012)
Quote:

2. Chiefs record under Scott Pioli against winning teams (9-7 or better): 3-18

2009: 1-6
2010: 1-3
2011: 1-3
2012: 0-6 (projected based on the Bengals, Falcons, Steelers, Bucs, Broncos and Ravens being a combined 45-21 this year)

TOTAL: 3-18 (includes playoff loss to Ravens)

3. Chiefs record under Scott Pioli against playoff teams is 3-16

2009: 0-6
2010: 1-2 (includes playoff loss to Ravens)
2011: 2-4
2012: 0-4 (projected based on current division leaders ATL, DEN, BAL and the fact the Chiefs have played at least one wild-card qualifier between TB, CIN and PIT).

TOTAL: 3-16 (we beat the 7-9 Seahawks with Cassel. With Orton we beat the Packers and Broncos. Pioli decided Orton didn't need to be on the team. We have beaten ONE playoff team with Matt Cassel under center. The 7-9 Seahawks).
Quote:

8. The Chiefs are a bad football team that can't even win home games anymore.

During our last 16 home games we are 3-13.

This includes games from 2010, 2011 and 2012.

We have been blown out by at least 17 points in 7 of those 13 losses.

No banner...?

So Scott and Clark think SOC is giving up?

We need to keep the pressure on.

So, is that Flopnuts?

Whoever it was, they were awesome, a GREAT representative... complete, well spoken candor without being too wordy, no hyperbole at all... just real talk.

You guys are impressive.

Another good job on getting the message out.

Just a thought: When...WHEN Pioli is fired, can we keep the organization going, but change it to supportourchiefs.com and partner with the team on community relations and charity?

I even wonder about flying one more banner after Pioli is fired saying:
Thanks Clark, we're with you! supportourchiefs.com or something like that.

cabletech94 11-27-2012 11:05 PM

personally, i believe a banner has to be flown this week as well--you guys have been fantastic with all the ideas.
i do think that with carolina in town this week, there will be A LOT of empty seats. last week was an abberation (sp?) with peyton, and all the idiot mouth breathing devner fans around this area.
this week (empty seats and a banner) will speak volumes!!!

bring on the pain!!!

way to go SOC!!!!!!!

Marty is not going to abandon our huge user base.

He has some ideas.

Boss hit the nail on the head when he said the stadium was more full this past week b/c of Manning, a division foe, Denver fans, and most of all, the "Division Rival" ticket packages. A lot of out of towners like that deal. Make it up to 3 games on the season, and division games at that. A good deal for a fan like me. A buddy of mine did it...

Honestly don't care. Online petitions are kind of dumb anyway.

Thanks gentlemen. First time I'd ever been in front of a camera like that. I was nervous as all get out.

I think Pioli is back next year. However, I have my doubts Clark is going to fork over an extension for this guy with the firestorm that's occurred.

So on one hand, I trust info I'm given, on the other hand, I didn't get a detailed explanation and if an extension was definite, I know he would have contacted me.

My neighbor works at arrowhead and he told me that Pioli got the extension in August and at the end of the year Romeo, cassel and quinn will be gone. They are aiming at a Top notch coach. In other words Pioli is staying. Just some of the Rumors....
