No way that 3rd year happens, I doubt. They’ll either extend him or release him.

Oh true I only said that because some in here think Mahomes is gonna throw laser arrow right on the money all the time and it simply wont happen. I watched those posted videos and a couple Watkins didnt even try to extend for it. I was on a shitty work computer and monitor but it looked like he had a chance.

Oh and he ripped Baker Mayfield for saying he's the best QB in the draft. Dude has views from like 35 years ago.

At this point in their careers Jordy Nelson has smoked Watson for productivity. All the shots he has taken took toll.

The casual NFL fan is a moron, there are fans that are pissed off Hali got released.

Which reminds me; all Peterson cared about was building a social club around Tony Gonzales once Smith, Gannon, and Thomas were gone.

His last 10 years at the helm were truly unmagical and shitty.

Man whatever thread had the Chiefs 2003 defense roster posted made me not miss Carl at all.

Carl would be extending Hali right now and Maclin and Alex would be opening a car dealership together.

To be fair, they were shot because of Gunther and Herm's turns as HC.

The Vermeil years had some solid play, coupled with shifty drafting that hurt the team for years.

The Cowboys were in hot pursuit of Watkins, who signed a three-year, $48 million deal with Kansas City, getting $30 million guaranteed. Jean-Jacques Taylor of 103.3FM ESPN Radio quoted a source as saying, “It was very close . . . as in money couldn’t have been the reason.”

The Cowboys are not expected to re-sign fourth receiver Brice Butler, and Dez Bryant’s future remains in doubt because of his $16.5 million salary cap number.

Watkins would have provided Dak Prescott with another much-needed weapon.
Sounds like the interest in us was mutual. That’s good to hear

If they would have signed him, that means Dez would have been released for certain.

Don’t know what they are doing in Dallas. This whole Dez situation hasn’t gone anywhere and they haven’t signed anyone because of it.

I'd have taken dez as a consolation prize...no problem.

I personally wouldn’t have wanted Dez at this point, talent isn’t worth the attitude anymore. I just think it’s funny how Dallas’ mishandling of his situation has left them with jack and shit in FA so far.

They might struggle to beat Alex’s Redskins next year.

Dez doesn’t fit the direction of this team.

What they’re doing in dallas is seeing the effects of having a control Freak of an owner play GM with one foot in the grave.
