Make sure that the extended flash hider is pinned and welded. The description says it is, but double check.

Gunfighter charging handles are the shit, BTW.

Yup. Pinned and welded. I double checked when I first got it. :thumb:

I don't want the BATFE kicking down my door for an illegal SBR.

Cool.

My dad and I have done several. We order them unpinned so that we can slip the standard front sights off before pinning them.

The rules are so stupid that we have to keep a stripped pistol lower around just so that we aren't breaking the law before the barrels are pinned.

These Cowboy charging handles, they will drop in any AR-15?

Yep there is really no reason to make someone wait 10 days.

Didn't you know that Diane Feinstein uses that time to personally handle and inspect each firearm. You know...to make sure the "clip" isn't too big and it doesn't have an assault bayonet attached.

Gunfighers? Yes, they drop right in.

I use Badger's on my ARs, but the BCM's are awesome, too.

They're running a sale where all upper receiver groups include a free bolt carrier group. The BCG itself normally costs about $170. Don't know how long the sale will last.

Here are the specs:

14.5" Standard 5.56 NATO barrel
1/7 twist rate
chrome bore and chamber
mid length gas system
BCM MOD 1 compensator (permanently attached)
BCM GUNFIGHTER MOD 4 charging handle (large)
BCM KMR13 free float handguard

They even included a nice gray BCM hat, a small bottle of lube, 2 rails, and 5 bumper stickers. :thumb:

being that it's an upper group with no lower, it doesn't have to ship to a dealer right, that is, it can go straight to end user?

I watched a vid & like the BCM 4. Definite must have out in the field
I'll be wanting to build my first AR come tax season. The A-2 Colt green label is going up for sale. I dnt see well enough for iron sights anymore. I need a flat top & the education on Eugen's toy

Yep. The only thing that you are required to transfer through an FFL is the stripped lower.

Even then, there are ways around it if you are handy with metal work. Buy a forging and cut out your own fire control pocket. ;)

Has anyone ever purchased a "blemished" Kershaw knife?

I don't know why they would be bad knives..Kershaw makes good knives..it should only be physical appearance and nothing to do with the function of the knife

That's what I was thinking. It looks like they have some nice models at pretty good discounts.

Federal Judge ruled the California 10 day waiting period is Unconstitutional for those who already own firearms.

I am sure the State AG will fight it though.

Great victory for Cali gun owners.

But the anti-gun left will fight like hell and appeal the decision.
