Cardinals should be sanctioned, their grounds crew is clearly trying to delay the restart of the game....no hustle out of them at all.

According to both the radio and tv broadcast, this particular implementation of the rule involving suspending the game is new... I can think of no instance where a team lost a game in this manner, got a link to one?
