I totally agree. It's a form of leadership this teams needs to put the players in their place and win some respect from the fans.

At this point saying it's not helpful is a cop-out, and is what has been a major enabling factor behind 28 years of fail.

Oh, and the Chiefs could use some of this too..

Bench Butler for a week and play Maxwell at DH and see how they respond. Hell, maybe Maxwell will do something Butler hasn't all season, hit the ball in the air.
