As for Hillis being better than McGahee. Don't understand that either. You do realize your teams rushing numbers were inflated by the fact that you ran a triple option right? Your rushing attack will be back to below average this year. McGahee is not a great RB. All in all, the two have a very similar career rushing average yds/rush, with Peyton Hillis having a slight edge.

Baldwin and Hillis... I've addressed these already. McGahee had 3 100+ yard rushing games out of the first 5 games before Tebow took over. McGahee was producing before Tebow.
Baldwin? As you mention - injured rookie with no data set to really compare ... jury is out right now, silly to say he's = to or better than anyone.
