I'm not the one playing "bop it" with my jimmy for 14 hours instead of making my pick.

The Washington Redskins select Robert Turbin, RB, Utah State

Direckshun 03-18-2012 04:04 PM

Jags:

1. DE Melvin Ingram, South Carolina
2. TE Orson Charles, Georgia
3. WR Marvin McNutt,
4. OT Levy Adcock, Oklahoma State
5. ???

Jags have built their offense up decently in a few select areas.

This is more of a depth pick than anything else. The Jaguars select OLB Travis Lewis, Oklahoma.

Free agency has completely ****ed up my draft.

If I would have had these signings before the draft....I would have gone:

1. David DeCastro, OG, Stanford
2. Alameda Ta'amu, NT, Washington
3. Brandon Taylor, S, LSU
4. Jonathan Massaquoi, OLB/DE, Troy

I like that!

My Cousins pick for Seattle looks especially sexy for Seattle now that they acquired Matty Ice Flynn.

I think we should wait to start this thing next year until after at least a week of FA. That way things will be more realistic with team needs, etc.

No way you go DeCastro over Richardson.

I was thinking something of that sorts as well.

We always get through this so fast anyway that a lot of the players haven't even had pro days, etc when we finish, and then there are several weeks before the draft. Seems like waiting would just make more sense.

The Panthers need some help across from Steve Smith and they know that if this kid doesn't hurt his knee in 2010 after going for 48 for 849 as a soph, he's a 2nd round pick in 2012 (and ran a 4.39 at his pro-day last week, showing that he's finallly recovered from the knee injury that slowed him down his SR season).

The Panthers select Greg Childs, WR, Arkansas. There are a couple of options that may be a little safer or more likely to contribute immediately, but there's not been anybody taken since the 2nd round with the potential upside this kid has and by God, that's why you have the 5th round.

The Bills could use some LB'er help. Therefore, they select the athletic Audie Cole, LB, NC State

That and it would save some face for us personally as well. You have certain douchebags that say well you drafted so and so in the first round.
