Unfortunately, it sounds like the cardiac arrest part could be true. I hope not as well.

I am not a doctor, but if he stood up after the hit, doesn’t seem like a Dennis Byrd, Mike Utley type paralysis situation.

His stagger and fall looked eerily like Hank Geathers.

They should call the game.

How are you going to make the Bills go back out there and play after watching one of their friends - someone they see and interact with and play with every day - almost die on the field?

why would you admin CPR if he’s got a heartbeat now?

Get him in the ambulance and get the game going.

Vince McMahon would have had them playing on the other side of the field.

CPR and IV access is something heart related awful awful. Hopefully it has the same outcome as Keyontae Johnson he collapsed during a game at Florida. Now plays for Kstate and is ballin

Molitoth 01-02-2023 08:14 PM

Imagine Higgins mental state.

Pretty sure they continued the game after the Shazier accident.

Yeah, but if they were doing CPR, this guy was literally in cardiac arrest. Without intervention, he was dead

Definitely a concussion.

No, it's definitely not a concussion when said player did not use his helmet, and just collapsed, and resulted an ambulance on the field and having to administer 9 minutes of CPR.

I thought the question was why they didn’t just put them in an ambulance and resuscitate in route

IA_Chiefs_fan 01-02-2023 08:15 PM

I can't believe they're going to keep playing.
