And I actually know a guy that got mercury poisoning from eating tuna for every meal. He was a little nuts.

LMAO

Mercury.

And not the good Freddie kind.

You have to eat multiple cans a day to get Mercury poisoning. Unless you're a pregnant woman, you can eat plenty and be fine.

I love the protein amount and the cheapness but I hate the taste. I'll go on spurts where I will eat a few cans a week to increase my protein numbers. Then not touch the shit for months. I'll add other things to it and it still isn't great. I feel like I am just choking that shit down.

Why press and squat on same day? They are the same movement.

Leg press I go high on top and in the middle they work out differnt part of your legs.

In two weeks, I will be going for a new single rep PR on my dead lift. I haven't tried above 225 yet, but I've done that for 4 reps. I'm trying to wrap my mind around 255.

You seem to be progressing insanely fast on dead lifts.

I envy you.

I trainer says he thinks I was meant to lift heavy things...lol. Not that I'm going to be able to hit 255, but I'm trying to believe that I can. Convincing myself I can do something is half the battle!

Cardio day. Time to go bang out 4.5.

Need some help. Every time I bench, no matter what angle, I feel like I'm getting a pinched nerve in my hand from the pressure of the bar on my palm. I don't want gloves, but is there some kind of pad I can use to alleviate the pressure on my palm? I don't want to drop the bar on my face because my hand failed to maintain grip.

255 is right in the ball park of the single you should be able to hit. Grip and rip!

Man. I'm not exactly sure why I missed leg day last week, but I sure did feel it tonight. Walking down the stairs may hurt just a little bit in the morning.

For whatever reason, I had like 2 months of putting in jack and shit for work. I lost a ton of strength. Yesterday, I pulled 365X3 again, which is where I was before my hiatus.

Mixed feelings: great to be back, but annoyed with myself for letting things go for that long.
