Once I clicked the link AC provided it logged me in as https and I no longer get that warning when I go to reply to a thread.

Yeah... that's also "Normal." It's just the preview that doesn't work. If you go ahead and click submit it will display correctly.

This is really a browser issue. Mac has refused access to Flash for a few years.
The death of flash is coming. Sad. Because there are really good things on websites from flash.

I haven't had a Flash plugin in 4+ years. Can't think of anything I've wanted to view that I couldn't.

PS: I use my iMac about 12 hours a day every day for various tasks. It's not just "collecting weather data". ;)
