Maybe Gruden is still pissed the Raiders fired him and is now getting his revenge.

Wrong! The Faiders did not fire Chuckie. They traded him to Tampa Bay.

So far he seems to be going by his gut instincts on the personnel side. I'm pleased with that. I think he is a well above average coach, but his personnel choices in Tampa had a negative effect on the talent level of that team.

Last year when the Raiders were playing the Eagles on MNF Gruden was commenting on their horrible play calling even before the ball was snapped. I think he will have a mixture of rookies and vets who will be focused more than they were last year. Del rio was not a good coach for that team and was often out coached.

The Raiders have talent on their roster and have a very capable QB.

I wouldn't take either of them if I wanted to build a team that wins in the postseason.
