Ah I doubt there is that much difference between Bray and those other two. The rust would come off. Remember he was the 3rd string all season except for one game. We can probably get Bray for a couple/few million less. That could be the difference between getting a player such as a NT/S/CB that we need. It is a roll of the dice in some ways but at least Bray knows the playbook and language that supposedly takes a year or two to get down by some of the best QBs.

Simplicity 03-15-2018 09:40 PM

So how was the meeting?

BryanBusby 03-15-2018 09:40 PM

Bray has no business being anything more than a #3. Hennewagon and Moore are at least 2's.

3. Don't ****ing bother. Just roll with a random asshole off the street and draft a rookie. I'd even consider throwing a 7th rounder at Cleveland and getting Kevin Hogan back. Hell, give Aaron Murray a call. If the guy isn't going to help much as a backup, then don't waste money. Roll with a shitty backup who at least knows the system and has SOME experience in the league.

Davis is interesting. I think I want a younger guy with starting experience. Davis and Geno are interesting. You want to find that next Keenum or Foles type.

Would be curious to see how many of you all also thought that Foles could never be more than a backup. Yet here he is a SB winning MVP QB.

I thought he should have gotten a real chance here.

I thought the chiefs should have kept him and booted the cuck last year.

KChiefs1 03-15-2018 09:59 PM

I'd rather have Matt Moore.

Too risky... look at what happened to Green Bay last year when they didn’t have a legit back-up QB when Rodgers got injured (and conversely look at how Philly was rewarded for investing in a quality back-up QB).

No QB still available via free agency or the draft is going to save the Chiefs season if Mahomes misses the amount of time that Rodgers did this past season.

Broke dicks with talent that Reid can make look good and flip, but I do like the idea of a Vet Pat can lean on like Moore or Henne too.

Bring Bray back as a third QB, just because he knows the offense so well and also has a big arm.

It’s time for the Pat Mahomes show!

NO,NO,NO, and NO.

He has never thrown a completion either.
