Equal parts meat to onion ratio!?

dlphg9 10-24-2016 11:10 PM

Mom would make them with a biscuit. Put the meat and cheese and then form the biscuit around it.

absolutely - that's what my grandmother did - the onion shrinks to next to nothing, BTW.

Onion provides a nice backsplash to the meat, but as a front runner seems like a highway to a bottle of Tums for me.

Maybe I just have an overreactive gallbladder, but I couldn't imagine what happens if the pungency doesn't die, if that is the truth.

I will have to bow out of this choice and respect the classical stance of "to each their own" on this matter.

In full disclosure: my statement has been forced to be edited in the 'top 5 CP members to meet' thread. You're still there; there is just a disclaimer present now.

NuWay will sell their meat in a 32oz cup for a cheap price. A pack of buns, mustard and pickles could net you about 10-12 NuWays for about a buck a piece. Savings, yo!

As good as mugs up burgers are, I love the the deep fried burritos. Its a guilt pleasure thing for me. Its just a cheap burrito deep fried. So good though.

Lived about 3 miles from a Nuway for many years. Lots of people like them but I wasn't one of them. Nasty, the hamburger needs to have some substance.
