Who pays 800 a month per kid?

I've got a 2.5 year old that goes to the nicest daycare in town, people that own it were NFPA foster parents of the year and we only pay 90 bucks a week.

I would never want to live in the city again.

We paid $1600 a month for 3....and that was on base. Off base is ****ing super expensive. Now we just pay my Dad to watch them.

I like micro, but with kids and dogs no way for us

I had a cheap micro set that would stain instantly with anything. We bought a much better micro set and everything beads off it.

We had that before kids, but my chocolate labs hair would somehow bury itself in that shit

Another good place is estate sales.

We furnished our new house with IKEA. It's a cheap modern look.

My wife and I are house hunting. I suspect it will be a nice mix of NFM with their two to three year 0% financing and some estate/garage sale bullshit to fill out all the rooms.

All I care about is my new TV and sound system. She can figure the rest out.

Keep in mind that it is a long term investment.

I've always had great luck at Slumberland in the scratch n dent area.

I got a lazy boy reclining couch and 2 matching recliners for a grand (was marked at 2100 with the retail at over 3k) the best part was there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Didn't "fit right" and once the plastic is off, it goes to clearance.

In the future, check those areas out and start off offering 40% of the marked price. They are always motivated to move the stuff from there.

"New bedroom set? Pffff....you're gonna have to wait, woman. We just got a new dining set!"

I'm due for a new couch. about 6 years ago i dropped $900 on a "Leather" sofa set. The "Leather" is already starting to crack and peel.

Im going for a Microfiber sectional next.

That's probably warrantied by the manufacturer...even after 6 years.

Not sure why you're sweating the cost of furniture if your wife is pulling in six figures and you're a dentist. #whitepeopleproblems
