Not interested in loosing weight as much as I'm gaining healthy. That said Id like to take 10 lbs or so off my knees. Was 225 3 months ago, now at 203. Just stopped eating fast ****ing food and simply less over all. Would line to try water fasting here soon.

I'm in. Weighed myself Sunday.
Starting: 234 Goal: 210 I hate almost all veggies so that's a problem. Cutting out soda is easy as is chocolate. Increase my fruit and chicken, exercise. My problem is I like food so I can eat a lot. |
