I think a player who performs well in the pre-season should get an opportunity to stay on with the team. The fact that he did so against inferior talent doesn't diminish anything in my mind. If it were that simple EVERY Wide Receiver playing against 2nd and 3rd stringers would produce. I think we know that isn't the case.
