And ultimately, Booch's has more bread than burger. Best burger in town is probably the Chokes and Cheese burger at Flatbranch or, sadly, Mad Cow/5 guys. The new Freddie's at Conley Road is damn good for a diner-style 'thinburger' and shoestring fries. |

When in Columbia, the best place to go is Lawrence.

If you like Mexican, LaTarazas is down near Lutz's as well and very good; nice little patio and occasionally they'll have oysters that are pretty fresh and they serve with Cholula sauce and a lime - damn good.

However Mexican sounds good as well. |
Booches or Shakespeare's because they're the cliche places which are actually pretty solid. Finish up with some beers over at Sudsuckers/Big12/Campus Bar/Whatever they call it today.

I've had a great steak sandwich there and I do like the burger well enough, but by about halfway through it you're wishing it was gone. It's not bad, but it's not high on my list of places to go. |

The biggest positive for me, though, was just the selection of beers and scotches. That was more my "meal." :D |

Stay away from any sizeable amount of the pepper beer. It's a fun thing to try as swig of, but even a pint is way too much. |
Let me ask this, is there anyone who interested in meeting up for lunch tomorrow? I don't think I've met any of the Colombia crew before. Hell, I'll even meet CoMo, show him the AR I am going out there to pick up and watch him piss his pants. :D
