Fisher is the right tackle. That's the position he was playing before he was injured.

Pretty much everybody here figured he WOULD be the starting LTE, without earning it.

This. And it is damn frustrating. Stephenson did a fine job filling in last year. I'd take fine over what Fisher did at RT last year.
