When we have chili with no beans in it , it goes on Hot Dogs here

This chili goes over hot dogs very well. Usually I make a big batch, and freeze the extra in smaller containers that I can use for such things as chili dogs. Famous Dixon's chili here in KC is served with or without beans. And is sold dry, soupy or greasy. So there's lots of choices with chili. No one way is the definite way to do it. Just do what you like. I like it without beans. Sticks to the tortilla chips better that way.

We like the chili with beans over the tortillas here... LOL go figure

Bacon wrapped chicken breast, sour cream and chive mashed potatoes and cream corn.

Not bad. First time she ever made the bacon/chicken thing. I'd do it again. :D
