My dad was in the Marines and had one tattoo on his upper arm.

Looked kinda cool cuz it was my dad but that's all he had.

you are comparing apples to orange

I would be surprised if he played his contract out.

Drew just turned 34. He's on top of his game.

He's got a smoking hot wife and 3 kids with more on the way. Has a charitable foundation and at least one restaurant.

I say he plays another 3-4 years before he hangs it up and goes into politics.

He's broken just about every record in the book but he and Sean Payton will get a least one more ring, maybe two, but one for sure.

Yeah, comparing this dude to Brees much less saying he's headed for a better career after one year is pretty silly. It'd be hilarious if he flamed out.

You're seriously going to come at me with that ****?

Think about what Te'o did (crying about a fake girl and playing the victim) and think about what Kaep does (Is ****ing really good, takes some gay tat pics, and does the pose).

If you can't see that one is much greater on the attention whore scale, then you have greater problems than being wrong on a message board.

SAUTO 02-08-2013 06:41 PM

I don't give a **** about what he HAS done, ****ed, kids, wife.

The guy said kapernick has a brighter FUTURE. Which with him being 9 years younger that could very well be true.

And it's far from "for sure" he's getting another ring. I know you want to believe it's all about Payton, but this year will be very telling.

Again I took that as he has a brighter future.

Not better overall in his career. Read the comment again.

Just like a Ray Lewis dance.

I don't like it when players draw attention to themselves.

I like when Earl Campbell played.

After he scored he just gave the ref the ball and went and sat down on the bench.

Act like you been there before.

Brees calls attention to himself on the field all the time. Another boring old fart, Terry Bradshaw, ran him down for the way he celebrated breaking Unitas' record. If you don't like Kaepernick, fine, but you don't need to make up stupid reasons for it.

Reading comprehension fail.

I said he has a brighter future. Nobody said his career would be better. Those are two different things.
