Plain ole Mossberg 500.
Simple, cheap, so reliable it’s what the military uses.
I’ve slaughtered many a bird, shot many a skeet/trap and they have never failed me.
I’ve got two of them, one 12 gauge and one 20. The 20 has a Poly Choke that can be adjusted for the type of shooting I’m doing, for the 12 I have a couple of barrels for Improved, Modified and Full chokes.

Boom, great answer, if she really gets into shooting trap, upgrade later and you'll still sell the moss for about what you paid new.

Here's one for $600 that the Bud's guy seems to like. Turkish manufacturer, which can be bad. However, I saw a couple of good reviews on it.

I have not shot or seen one, but I doubt if Buds would recommend something like that if it was shit.

Stay away from the Akdal MDA 1919. Looks like an AR, only as a shotgun. Sounds cool, but they're terrible. Dude had one at a 3-gun match I was at earlier this year and it jammed every other shot.

The Mossberg 590XX models are badass (~$500), but mine stays in the gun case. Instead I use a all purpose Mossberg 500 28 combo barrel that you can get a Dicks or Wally world for ~$300 for hunting.

if you are dead set on something super small in 9mm... look at the Kahr CM9. We have one available locally for $389.

I'd like some advice and info on a transfer from Florida to Missouri.

My people in fl are gonna send it through a ffl and I need a ffl in the northland to receive it.

Any suggestions on a receiver and cost of the transfer.

One pistol one long gun.

I had one of these in the early 90s and will testify that it's a bull of a weapon.

Bud's has a very useful FFL directory. Enter your zip code and it will give you a list of FFLs in your area, along with what they charge.

Nice, you can never have too many guns or too much ammo.

The local shop here charges $35 for a transfer if I'm not mistaken.

Probably gonna trade the Uzi for a 223/556 or a nice 45 1911

Yeah, it's really not very expensive. When I had my FFL, I charged $25.00.
