Give me Pearsall or Ladd McConkey! I'll take either one in a heartbeat!

The durag take is one of my favorites ever

So, I stipulated beforehand that I felt racist for saying it.

However, I have watched a bunch of media crap with Pierce, including several player podcasts, and he talked about growing up in Compton, and proud he was of that fact, etc. And that, and several other things I heard make me believe he values a certain amount of "hood" in his players.

I think the Raiders are going to draft Michael Penix Jr. because he wore a durag during his throwing session. That is the most Raiders thing I have seen at the combine.

I feel like Antonio Pierce was watching from the stands, and probably thinks Penix Jr. is a "real one" and exactly what the Raiders need.

The only thing they could do that would be more Raidery than drafting Penix Jr. at 13 is drafting Xavier Worthy at 13.

Whoever drafts Michael penix is wasting a pick. Kid is a bust. 23 years old, 6 years in college, he only started doing good at the end of his college career cause he was older than every kid on the field and had much more knowledge on the college level. Bust, bust, BUST!!

I would not spend a high pick on him.

Rather give the Jets a 5th for Zach Wilson.

That is a complete waste of a 5th round pick.

Better than spending a 1st on Penix.

Try reading the words I wrote.

I can reading you ****ing moron. What part of spending a fifth round pick on Zach Wilson is a waste is it that you can't comprehend?

pugsnotdrugs19 03-04-2024 10:33 PM

I have a hunch that Veach and Andy have had their fair share of dink and dunk offense the past couple years and are going to all they can to evolve their game changing field stretcher back in the fold.

Have to believe Worthy is atop the wish list for that reason alone. A perfect complement to stretch the whole field with their YAC guys already on the roster.

My words were a response to another post.

We had Mecole and MVS.

And we still threw 20 sideways passes a game.

How many times does it have to be explained that Worthy can actually track the ball?

None of the guys named above by MM can or have run a single route like this: https://x.com/noflagsfilm/status/176...341926043?s=46

And here’s another play that Hardman, who I do like and want back, has never been able to make: https://x.com/jetpackgalileo/status/...365762169?s=46

The ironic thing too is despite Mecole’s warts, it was the games he was healthy and integrated this year that we actually showed a somewhat steady threat of the down field pass LMAO

They love to have a guy who can run the deep over with speed efficiency and that’s going to be Worthy — the best they can get since Hill

I think his ball tracking is elite.

He is only 165 pounds, but he has two elite traits, speed and ball tracking.
