Well, in fairness, quite a few were college DEs that are going to be 3-4 OLBs, or played some 3-4 OLB in college. I don't think you necessarily call them all LBs even though some of the major ranking sites have done so.

Correa will be a 3-4 OLB or 4-3 DE, so let's just say EDGE.
Ngakoue will likely be a 4-3 DE only, but EDGE.
Cravens was a SS and could play either 4-3 OLB or SS.
Fackrell is versatile, but is more of a cover 3-4 OLB like a Rob Ninkovich, but I'd call him an EDGE.
Perry is kind of a tough evaluation. More like Fackrell in a sense. Kind of that hybrid rush 4-3 OLB.
Schobert is an either guy. He could play as a 3-4 OLB or as an ILB. I see him better as an ILB though.

So in the grand scheme of things, you kind of have a handful of linebackers and a handful of EDGE players that comprised the run we just saw.

Ok I'm here ready with my pick if pick is made before me

CleveSteve 03-21-2016 08:49 PM

Cravens played OLB this year at USC, but yeah. Perry is an old school backer that might only be a 2 down guy IMO.

TambaBerry 03-21-2016 08:49 PM

What would you consider Vigil position?

chiefscafan 03-21-2016 08:50 PM

I like the vigil pick was gonna pick him with Vikings pick

brucey_72 03-21-2016 08:55 PM

Glad SF took Fackrell... run on LBs was crazy.

Damn it, big fan of Westerman

The Redskins have a hole at C, so I'm projecting him there, but he's versatile. Great movement, great strength (34 reps) , and huge hands (even bigger than Buckner). I gave him a 2nd round grade, so really happy with him here.

He was the guard I was going to grab for Indy, but ddin't pull the trigger.

I don't see him as an aggressive, take-on linebacker in the NFL. What that means is he'll probably work best on the weak side as a 4-3 OLB or 3-4 ILB, or in a cover 2 as a 4-3 ILB.

I was hoping to make my pick before tomorrow, but I'm going to call it a night soon.

bothy guys ahead of you are on, hope youcan stick around!

Wow, well done guys. Was not expecting to pick again tonight. Plenty of players I was looking to pick are gone (Scooby, Westerman, Brothers were my top picks). So now:

The Houston Texans select Austin Hooper, TE, Stanford.

Fill our current biggest need with the best remaining player at the position. I think he'll end up somewhere early 3rd irl, so I'm pleased with the value here. Still need to find a Center, but I have my eye out on some others

IS IT JUST ME OR DOES IT FEEL CONDESCENDING IN HERE RIGHT NOW?

I'll send my picks to RealSNR, so it'll be placed tonight, if he's on.
