What are the actual no fly zone laws? The small 30-50 foot blimps are remote controlled. Don't know if this would change the time at which we could fly it...

Blimp WAY too expensive... The small 30-50ft. blimp tethered to the ground requires a 4 man crew, but the helium is pricey too, so you're looking at upwards of my $18,000.

Too bad though. Beings it's tethered to the ground, it can stay put for the whole game...
