Look, I know it was a simple typo and it's the kind of thing that all of us do from time to time, but when you call someone stupid, you should really double check your spelling.

i'm pretty sure it is.

Every fair weather fan has a reason for abandoning their team when it's down. The fact that you guys can explain your reasons for finally moving on doesn't distinguish you.

When exactly has KC been fair weather? Times haven't been good in over a decade.

I don't think it's fair to say I've ALWAYS had one foot out the door. I was as die-hard as they come in the 1990's, but became extremely disillusioned when Carl hired Gunther.

It's been one big mistake after another ever since, so that's really on the team, not on me.

In other words, you were as die-hard as they come when the team was good, but your interest started to diminish when they weren't as good. I can't remember what that's called. ;)

It's a stupid premise. Pay it no mind.

I believe fair weather would mean said person would come back when they get good again.

If they trade for Nick Foles....he gets 3-4 games.....tops.

He doesn't have the excuse of a completely different coaching staff. His QB coach became his OC and he still has the same head coach. He will have had 2 offseasons worth of work.

3 to 4 games to improve from his shit games that he had last year.

If they're here for 4 years and we don't have a winning season....that would be 10 years with one winning season.

That's rough.

And that point the players fans like right now are gonna be all but gone.ver

The next two drafts are absolutely critical for this team.

Well said. Apathy is a great word. Even during past yrs of struggle and heartbreak I was there emotionally and mentally for them. They took that away. I have been near the I don't care line. SOC was the last stand. If this somehow turns into the past 4 yrs all over again I don't know how icould stay in it emotionally.

If ***** and cassel both headline 2013 I wouldn't even be mad. I would just be at the point of "well this team doesn't care, how can I?" The moves changed that, but I am not in the mood tohave to root for a retread qb and pretend it has a decent chance of working.

There is a difference between being uninterested in a team that doesn't try or care about winning a sb vs a team that just never seems to get it done and just is never good despite trying. The chiefs were hopeless for the past 7 yrs because they never cared to get a real qb. Knowing cassel had a job because of *****s ego, lot tougher to stay emotionally invested. For example, do u blame pirates fans from losing their die hard edge? Extreme example I know but that's my premise.

Winning cures everything...

We go 8-8 next year, people will be excited...

we go to the playoffs the year after that and people will be ecstatic....

we actually win a playoff game and Reid will have a statue out in front of the stadium.

Whether we do that with Foles or Smith makes little difference.

It could. It doesn't have to though.

You need to go back to that cesspool DC. You don't even know the lexicon for ****'s sake and you've been here an eternity.

Felt like your post was implying a die hard losing interest in hard times is actually a fair-weather fan. I was saying that there are grey areas. For example can u blame a pirate fan for giving up emotionally? Does that make him fair-weather?
