A weight bench similar to this one (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Weider-Pro...Bench/17804185)
Free Weights - around 300+ lbs of plates
Curl bar and dumbbell handles
Treadmill
Bike

Any good websites for putting together a weight lifting routine for what I have? I don't have a membership to a gym.....so I'm trying to figure out something to do with what I have.

Pain in the ass....I know.

Do you have a pull up bar?

And are you just starting? Whats your goal? I can help you build something but those things are important......

Down to 281.5 with Vegas less than a month away.

275 would be great.

I've set a target of 205 for Sept. 1. We'll see if I make it.

Pull up bar? Yes.
Just starting? Yes.

I'm at about 245-250 right now and I want to get down to about 200. I don't have a time frame goal....I just need to get up off my ass and start working out.

Missed out on this thread at the beginning of the year but I started in May dieting and exercising. Started at 245, am now at 207. I've been doing DDPYoga and jogging/walking alternatively. Everything has slimmed down except for my double chin.

I mean, I had a fat face, extra chin, and a 18.5" neck when I started. Now, my face is slimmer, the neck is now 17" (possibly less), but this damn neckbeard placeholder hasn't budged much. Any ideas? Do I need to walk around like Sgt Slaughter half the day or is this type of fat the last to go?

Yeah, that's a big negative. 209 seems to be my plateau. I'll get through it eventually, just not this weekend.

I have made it 30 days without fast food, though.

Nice work, guys.

Once in a while I like to have a week where I just eat whatever the hell I want to...that week just turned into a month and I'm up 13 pounds from my normal weight LMAO

I didn't even realize it, I hit 1000 miles on my bike for the summer yesterday.

God knows what I'd weigh without that.

191.2 today.

Been slowly going down all year without any jumps really (but I did plateau for quite awhile).

Hopefully be between 180-185 by the end of the year.

Almost back to my June weight. Weighed in this morning at 224.4. Down 27.2 since January.

One of the side effects of Lyrica is weight gain. At least I have that back under control and am losing weight again.

Saulbadguy 09-01-2013 12:05 PM

I'm back down to my January weight, 188. Hope to get down to 175 by my vacation in December.

Buck 09-01-2013 12:35 PM

Im 191.2, up about 10 lbs from my lightest, but I am trying to gain weight now.

I'm lifting brah.

Buck 11-18-2013 07:55 AM

I started lifting and let myself get fat. Used lifting as an excuse to eat whatever I want and I went from 185 - 212.

One week in on Keto I'm down to 202. Think I want to be 185-190 with more muscle mass than I had before at that weight.

I'm down 21 lbs since I joined a gym two months ago. Started working out with a personal trainer once a week a month ago. I'm by no means in this to compete with anyone. The guys in the weightlifting thread (I'd say general fitness, but it seems to be a little more specific than general) don't really get excited over weight loss victories...lol.
