Whats sad, is there are multiple guys on here who could take a draft board and have a better draft than Scott Pioli.

I can't believe there is talk that he may be back next eyar.

**** Alex Cassel Smith.

Call me crazy, but I'm not big on bringing in Alex Smith.

If we draft Geno first, he's your guy. Alex smith is going to want to start somewhere and that won't or doesn't need to be here.

I'm ok for letting all the Qb trash we have now go, grabbing a guy like Nassib in later rounds and bringing in some other vet to hold a clipboard.

But it has to be known by all, that Geno is your guy.

Definitely a legitimate third possibility.

Honestly, Matheiu only has physical attributes for one thing: Kick and Punt returns.

He would get killed playing safety in the NFL at 180 pounds.

The dude played as a mean and physical CB in the SEC. He'll be fine in the NFL, healthwise. Keep doubting. If he successfully deals with his off-the-field issues, he will be a compact wrecking ball in the NFL. Always going for the ball or giant hits.

Then go get a guy in the 4th like Kirk Cousins.

Back to Geno.

Wasn't someone recently knocking him for not being able to bring his team back for wins?

How many games has he led them on a winning/tying drive, only to score too quick and the d give up points?

He is garbage in man coverage.

Against the best pass defense he's played all year, he had that type of game.

bigjosh 11-29-2012 08:22 PM

i think one of the best things about geno is that he has improved every year at wvu. that shows that he does have the ability to keep getting better and he isnt at his peak yet.

Hard to bring your team back when your D gives up 50 points

Draft Geno Smith and sign Matt Moore to be his backup.

Best plan possible.
