KC United and Why Not I have met in person and I plan to get together with them again. Both normal guys. It's just always weird explaining to my family or other friends, "yea I am going to this game with some dudes I met on the internet." ROFL

ROFL I know what you mean. I was going to crash at Nzoner's pad last year for TC, but something came up and I couldn't make it. Prior to having something come up, it was weird as hell explaining to my wife, parents, friends and friend who was riding down there with me about who's place we would be crashing at....nothing against Nzoner, that dude is cool as shit... it's just they all gave me the same, "you are crashing with someone you met on an internet message board????" while looking concerned. It was pretty funny.

I almost met Beer Me. We were at the same Alice Cooper concert which was held at a city near my home town. My phone went dead during the concert, so I didn't receive his texts, indicating where they were standing until I got to my car. Turns out, he was about 15 ft in front of me and to the right a right a bit.

I've met 1 CP'er and almost met 2 others (Nzoner and Beer Me).

Do the sportos, the motorheads, geeks, sluts, bloods, waistoids, dweebies, dickheads all adore him.

I generally get along with most everyone on this board. It's what keeps me comin back. To this day I haven't found a better sports board.

But really. Just a change of pace. We spend so much time ripping each other that is nice to have a thread to change the tone.

I think most folks know I like Rico. He's the only planeteer that also happens to be on my Facebook friends list. Solid dude. We're also fairly close in age, so a lot of his references hit with me.

lcarus is a good guy, and like Rico, we're the same age. So, there's a bit in common there as far as nostalgia. Although, I've gotta be honest, I've been a little weirded out since SNR alerted me to the fact that his name starts with a lower case L rather than an uppercase i.

Scott Free is my man, super good dude. I've had a lot of interaction with him via pm and he just seems like a super good guy.

ThaVirus may be perhaps the most underrated poster on this board. I've seen super funny posts from the dude, super smart posts from the dude, and good football posts. Great poster. Seems like a smart dude. And he's young! Rising CP superstar right there.

Also, Rain Man and SR are just wonderful human beings.

I've met several on that list all good guys, hell RockyMtnChief and I do a lot of Atving and shooting out in the mountains, super good dude.

I'm not even sure it was a tour, they just rolled into a KC bar with some skanks and got down. Said they were on their way to NYC, lol. Hardest 12 person pit i'd seen when they kicked off possessed to skate. All the OGs knocked the rust off.

My wife was born there, lots of family still there and they definitely call them picture shows, especially the older ones. (she's been out since she was in middle school so she knows them as movies)
