I think the team will play a lot more loose.

Who knows?...maybe that will help Cassel.

The only thing that'll help Cassel is a brain transplant.

Now, snapping the ball effectively is no small feat. But if he can get it down, and I assume he's worked on it since day one + college, then he'll be just fine. But otherwise, the move isn't a change at all.

Uhoh. Now you're asking for it. Chronic is now furiously working up a long-winded and unfunny way of calling you stupid.

Shouldn't have used facts when you responded to him.

Won't see him for a while. It's salad tossing time in the joint and they just got a shipment of grape jelly in.

with all the experience we have in our defensive coaching staff, that's the last thing I'm worried about.

Why in the **** would Romeo Crennel need to hire a dc that wouldn't see completely eye to eye with him? Especially with all the talented defensive coaches we have on staff.

He hired Daboll to hand the offense to and Romeo will oversee the defense.

We could have easily promoted almost any position coach from the defense to be the "DC"...but what's the point?

Let the coaches have a competition for the spot and name one next season if we need to.

And I think that is a big problem from a coach who professed to being burnt out in Cleveland and who struggles to manage a game even when he doesn't have coordinator responsibility. Given his track record in Cleveland, I would have liked to have seen him bring in a coordinator. Maybe he is delegating a lot of responsibility already to Thomas or Gibbs or anyone else on the staff. If so, and Romeo's calling the plays and setting final game plans, that's fine. But there is definitely a risk of him taking on way more than he can handle. Especially at his age.

God. Damn... i cant even begin to describe how sick i am of hearing about RC's time in cleveland.

Its a piece of shit franchise from the TOP on down, NO ****ING COACH succeeds in a place like that, it only happens in movies like Major League... in the real world, a team thats ran poorly from the top never succeeds, no matter WHO the coach is.

Given a team stocked with the right players, as well as an owner & gm who back him fully... his record speaks for itself, those pats D's would've been dominant & nasty even without Brady. He was playing & coaching before many of us were even born, its not going to be 'too much' for him, if he needs to delegate some of it, he's MORE than experienced enough to know it... i simply cannot WAIT to see what that unit looks like around week 8.

I fully expect a top ten unit.

Do you really believe Romeo Crennel is winning a Super Bowl here?

In three years?

What is the ****ing point of him being our HC, if not?

Is it possible? ****in A right its possible.

This team is deeper & more talented than its been in atleast a decade... further drafts & free agent acquisitions are only going to improve upon that... theres only ONE thing holding KC back & heres to hoping that gets fixed... because when it is, yes, a championship is possible.
