After all the shit I took in 2009, my position has finally been justified, tenfold. All those people that said that I couldn't possibly know more than Pioli can kiss my ass. |

Playoff win. Kiss my ass. |
I feel much closer to all of you as we fight through this together.
We are now branded as one, for now and to eternity. |
Damnit Clay, I can't find the 4 Horsemen pic you shopped with Cassel underneath them.

If I were to list your stupid ass quotes, the server would fail. |
I'm so bad at these firing predictions. I never would have called Herm until I saw it at the gym. Didn't think Clark had the nuggets to can CP. Haley, give me a break.

It's OK, Dane. You were right all along, you should have just stuck to your guns instead of abandoning them for homerism. |
If it happens, RAC may as well play Stanzi. His butt is gone to at season end.

It would be nice if you included the whole quote |
LMAO
You thought this was a good team and Romeo Crennel was leading us to the playoffs. It's cool that you were a homer...just own it. |

11 of 18 major sports columnists on ESPN, SI, NFL.com and others called the Chiefs to win the AFCW and 15 of 18 called us to make the playoffs. That wasnt being a homer to think we were gonna make the playoffs this year, it was being a pessimist thinking we wouldnt because the consensus was that we would. |

I also have a post somewhere saying we might finish in the bottom 3 and get to draft a legit QB :) I'll dig it up to add to my Bawksy sig |

Just to make the fans happy? You kidding? The franchise is an embarrassment this year and instead of doing anything you remain quite. While other owners call out their team for poor performance ours keeps quite. The fans organize a movement, the stands are empty and he remains quite. The lack of action shows a disconnect and a lack of caring for the state of the team. Whether that is the case or not it still appears this way. |

Obviously not happening today, which means it's not happening this week. I'm beginning to think more and more that it's not happening at all...

I can easily see Clark giving him one more year, firing Crennel and drafting a QB. |

It would not surprise me to see Pioli still on staff until 2014. |

If Clark gives Pioli one more year he better hope the qb he drates instantly turns into aaron rodgers.

How long before the season was Peterson fired/released/quit?
Maybe that will be the plan. 2-3 weeks before the end of the season |

And this is one of the main reasons. Quote:

I wish people would quit expecting Clark to address the Chiefs nation. It isn't going to happen before the end of the season and you know it.

I'd rather he come out and give Pioli the dreaded vote of confidence.

about a successful NFL team IMO. Most of us fans care more and spend more time on the Chiefs than Clark. |

People that suggest that Clark is "dumb" or "unaware" are silly. As you've said, he's at all of the games and he was key in negotiating the new CBA. While I never agreed or cared for the Pioli hire, I also understand that from the outside, he did was what expected of a great owner: Hire the person he felt was the best possible candidate. I would be shocked if he hadn't formed a search committee in order to identify the next GM. |

I hope Clark makes us proud with the way he moves this team into its next chapter.
I think he will. |
Me too, man.
Have always believed in the Hunt family. |

The people at the top set a culture that trickles down to an organization though. That is what is so hard to reconcile. The only common denominator in this 20 years of failure has been the ownership group. Maybe it is as simple as Clark getting his first time up to bat and totall whiffing. His heart is in the right place and he went out and got the guy he "should" have gotten but it didn't work out. That could be the case. I worry though there is something about the leadership that has permeated this organization that I don't actually know about that has led to these constant failures. A tone deaf distant organization that has an unjustified arrogance. Also there is so much about the Chiefs that is simply ****ing tired. The same tired ****ing music they have had forever...the same weird old rat mascot... I think it is just tough. We have all read this book before and we know exactly how it ends. |

There was a chunky gal at the game sunday wearing one of those animal stocking caps which looked like a dog ... Anyway, she must have come up and down the stairs 20 times when I finally started calling her KC Wolf. I kept hi-fiving her, you know how KC Wolf does all of his minions and after the 30th trip up the stairs I finally posed for a picture with "KC Wolf". She loved it. I should find out if Wazu has it on his phone. Hello, Wazu - consider yourself tagged and post that stupid picture of me with the mascot.
