For many years, I hoped that the Chiefs would sign him as a GM. Sadly, it never happened.

He was too busy fighting ALS and writing books n'stuff.
I'd imagine he'd be deep into analytics which would have been interesting considering most GMs simply do their decision making based off the opinions of the chaw chewing inbreds they send out on the road to scout.

Yet, rejected God.

Strange person.

Cue the Curly Bill .gif...

Not strange, just, well, what's the word I'm looking for?

Oh yea. Smart.

He was arrogant.

People who think they're intelligent, but don't believe in God, yet want to know the "secrets of the universe" are simply arrogant.

Not trying to speak ill of the dead, I know a lot of you respected him, and I'm not trying to slight his accomolishments or how he adapted to his condition, but it's not like he had some intuitive understanding of the universe - it was forced. Stilted.

Wrong, at least for me. If it works for you, more power to you.

I remember when I used to eat breakfast on the way to work and eat lunch in my car every day I’d tell people I’ve had more meals on wheels than Stephen Hawking.

Died on Albert Einsteins birthday and also national pie day.

RIP

The singular great mind of our time. Who will replace him?

I'll bet Todd Haley rejected God

Damn. RIP.

One of my favorite quotes from him: "The Earth is only 600 years old, seriously.

Todd Haley isn't touted as one of the world's leading thinkers, either.

Even though there's scientific proof otherwise?

Fitting that he died on Pi day.
