It all started with the colonoscopy, though!

Must've been. Mine was a gallon jug and I had to drink an 8 oz glass every 15 minutes until half of it was gone, wait an hour or two, and then repeat until it was all gone. Again, it wasn't so much the taste as I just got tired of drinking that stuff (and chasing it with orange Gatorade to stay hydrated and to help it go down).

As for not shitting right, after eating again it actually gave me some of the best shits I've ever had -- smooth as silk. I mean, I literally could tell my pipes were squeaky clean.

Yeah, I did that prep 10 years ago. Had to start at 9am the day before and shitted all day and night (was worried I wouldn't stop lol). Procedure was always on a Monday with that stuff so I didn't have to take two days off of work.

Now with the new stuff my appointment was on a Thursday morning at 11. I didn't start prepping till 4 pm Wednesday afternoon. And again 4am Thursday morning. So I was able to work that day.

Glad I did it.

I started prepping at 4 p.m. the day before, didn't have to do anything the morning of. Procedure was at 9 a.m. or thereabouts. Took the whole day off. Felt I deserved it.

Yeah, pretty pathetic lol but I had some pruning done on me that could have turned to cancer eventually so I'm glad I got it done.

I got a completely clean bill of health, so I'm glad I did it too -- and glad I don't have to do it again for about 10 years.

I can no longer read or hear the word 'colonoscopy' and not think of how my dad calls it after his first a few years back...

I've had a catheterization with my eye surgery and I remember waking up and them sliding the long tube out and me pissing blood for about 4 days. I also had the clap in Rio in 1987 and that hurt like a MFer as if someone took an icepick to my peehole.
